Their SSL certificate is provided by DigiCert and they meet or exceed all industry security standards. We do not maintain any customer credit card information directly. What is BizMart's return policy? All items are eligible for a 14-day no questions asked, money back guarantee. You will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the cost of return shipping.

What if the item I receive does not meet its description? BizMart guarantees the product descriptions to be true and accurate. You must notify us within 7-days of delivery to be eligible for this guarantee.

What if I have a problem with the item I purchased? BizMart pledges to resolve disputes in the most equitable, timely, and commercially reasonable way for all parties. Our overarching goal is to create win-win situations.

Does the item I purchased come with a warranty? All items are sold as-is with no warranty unless otherwise noted.

How do I get informed about the item I am purchasing? The condition description will indicate the condition of an item and the notes will provide additional information about the product. Please contact customer service if you require any clarification.

Does BizMart provide assistance with installation? BizMart does not sell any installation parts or provide any advice on installation. We highly recommend you hire certified technicians and professionals to complete your installation. BizMart is not responsible for problems that arise due to improper installation.

Where do you ship to? BizMart ships worldwide.

Is the shipping quote binding? Shipping quotes are estimates and if the actual cost exceeds the estimate we will notify you prior to shipping your order.

How long does it take for me to receive my purchase? Items shipped within the United States will typically be received within 6 to 10 business days. For international shipping, ocean freight time is typically 45 to 60 days and air freight is 14 to 21 days.

Does BizMart ship to residential addresses? Usually yes, however, if we believe that shipping to the residential address may create additional fees or delivery complications we will ship to the closest terminal. 

Do you provide shipping insurance? We highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance to protect your investment. The insurance covers the repair of your item and in the case of a total loss the cost of your purchase plus shipping.
