Notes: This is a very clean oven. Low BTU and no windows so it is perfect for baking or cooking where you are not opening the door a lot. This unit will operate at half the gas cost of non energy efficient oven. The low BTU does not affect heating temperature it impacts how fast the oven heats back up. So if you open the door a lot and need high high heat this oven is not for you. But if you want to save money operating and your cooking is largely timed, this could be a great fit at a great price.
